Exchanges and Returns
Items may be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. Merchandise must be in original and unworn conditions and accompanied by original gift box with all warranty cards and explanation booklets intact. Closeouts, special orders, altered pieces (including ring sizing) and custom pieces are not returnable or exchangeable. Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash and may be used for purchases only. Refunds will be given in the form of store credit or exchange.
Lifetime Quality Guarantee
We stand behind everything we sell and at Castle Rocks and Jewelry we want you to have the confidence in knowing your jewelry will last a lifetime. We provide free lifetime cleanings and inspections to all jewelry purchased with us as long as you come into the store every 6 months. While inspecting your jewelry, we will look for any loose stones, missing stones or any flaws from natural wear and tare. If anything is found, we will repair those flaws for free keeping your jewelry as good as new!
