Great customer service, reasonable pricing, and amazing quality! Trusted them with my antique gold necklace and asked for them to shorten the chain and make a bracelet out of the rest. Such an amazing company to work with.  Jen helped design a custom ring for me and Isi was patient and involved me in the diamond and sapphire choices and provided education along the way.  Personalized service!   They did a couple of repairs for me.  The experience was above and beyond. Pricing was good and customer service is above great! I was assisted by Steve Connell on the repair of a very important and sentimental ring.  When I brought it in due to a wiggling stone, him and another gentleman told me that they would be able to fix that as well as add a dot of epoxy to a misshapen prong. When I came to pick it up, the stone was still wiggling. There was a gentleman with an accent at the counter who was kind and confirmed that it was wiggling as he poked it. Steve made it seem like I was seeing things and he said I was just seeing my finger's reflection moving. Then he backtracked and said he can't fix the stone from tilting back and forth. So which one is it? Then he denied what I was seeing it move entirely and acted suspicious that I saw it move with my naked eye. I could see it clearly. It would have been one thing if he had apologized for the issue and tried to correct the prong. But it's another thing when you pretend like the customer is crazy or seeing things, despite another worker also confirmed it's movement! It is the pure disrespectful way in which I was serviced that made me feel so upset. Steve was not able to fix the ring after trying a few more times and gave up. Told me they wouldnt charge me. But the fact that I was gaslighted and denied what I was actually seeing is so incredibly rude and shocking. I can't recommend this place more! My husband got my engagement ring and wedding band here about 4 years ago, and every single experience with them has been wonderful. They worked with him on every step getting the ring, they did a fantastic job when I wanted them resized and soldered together, they're always available for a cleaning, and most recently, did a repair! My accent stones were loose, and because I got my ring through then, the shop did the repair for free! But had I not, it would have still been an incredibly fair price!
